1. Open-source license

Enclave is released under the MIT License. You may freely use, modify, and redistribute the source and artifacts — including commercially — subject to the attribution clause of the MIT License.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use Enclave for activities that break the laws of your jurisdiction. Don't use it for harassment, fraud, disinformation, or to harm others. AI-generated content is the user's responsibility to review — it is not an opinion or recommendation of the Enclave maintainers.

3. Subscription & billing

If you subscribe to our managed cloud, billing is tied to the model provider you connect and metered by usage. You can cancel anytime; unused portions are prorated monthly and refunded.

4. Disclaimer

The software is provided 'as is' without any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability. To the extent allowed by law, authors and contributors are not liable for any loss arising from use of the software.

5. Changes

These terms may evolve with the product and applicable laws; we will announce material changes both in the repo and on this page.
